Did you ask DCE if you could send them your card?
It's kinda odd for any company to just have stuff thrust upon them with no
word of warning or a returns number assigned.
Did you ask DCE yourself if they received it? Or are you just waiting for a
reply that they are not obliged to send, and whining here?
Get a grip.. do your research first..
